Assistance with invoice and direct deposit
I was assisted by a rep for submitting one invoice and it went smoothly. The rep assisted with setting up a direct deposit for reimbursements. I was paid 2 days after submitting this invoice. At this point I am very happy with pumpkin. I will be submitting my second invoice today. Let’s see how it goes.

I paid for a full year the insurance
I paid for a full year the insurance. When I took my dog for his yearly revision it was not covered. I sent the bills and although I was paying for the insurance at the time I did this studies, they argument I sent the claim too late. I wouldn't recommend anybody using this insurance. There's much more out there.

The Only Pet Insurance I'll Buy
Many Pets supported my elder cat through surgeries and chemo treatments and even supported at-home euthanasia services when it was his time to pass on. I now have Many Pet insurance for my two younger cats and it has just been such a breathe of fresh air. Their staff and customer support is amazing, they make great improvements to their website often, and are fairly priced. They are all around an amazing support to have for my fur babies.

I was a little skeptical about pet insurance, but now I think it is a wonderful choice. You know you would do anything for your furry family member so why not add a little protection for vet bills that can be so expensive. Spot makes it easy to have that peace of mind

They have non existent customer service…
They have non existent customer service and if you’re “lucky” to talk to someone they’re not helpful and I swear they read from a book for their answers. They take money out whenever they feel like, they’re condescending, not knowledgeable or helpful, and generally oblivious to what customer service means. They took money out of my account before and after the actual date it was supposed to thus causing problems for me. They took out two partial payments for my new policy which ended up with me having a nsf because online it said something totally different for how much the payment would be and showed one payment coming out. When I asked them about it, there was no accountability on their end and pretty much told me I was lying and that they weren’t willing to correct what they did. In conclusion, cheap insurance results in cheap results and service. Horrible decision I made and I hope no one else does the same. They need actual people that are knowledgeable and helpful. I am sorry too but they need people from Canada answering the phones if you’re lucky enough to find a way to actually talk to a real live person. There was a lack of communication because they didn’t understand what I was asking and unwilling to get help on their end to understand. This makes me sick to say this but it’s the truth.

Happy to have it when I needed it
I have had this insurance for a few years but thankfully this was the first time I needed it. My cat developed an upper respiratory infection and filing a claim for the bill was easy using the app. The claim was reviewed quickly and the refund status was also processed quickly.

Easy to navigate site
Easy to navigate site. Plans easy to understand. However, I thought there was a discount for veterans and I didn't see any way to claim it while signing up.
