Coperators is a good company to go with
They where there when my sister experienced a serious flood issue that she did not start. The pipes burst as it was winter time and they gave her a check for everything that was needing replacemen that was water damaged do to a flood that she did not cause.

poor communication to customer
purchased some time ago and this does not say which dog policy this if for. need better communication on this. also see a charge on my credit card for $455.00 for Figo pet insurance and did not receive any notification that there was any renewal on pet insurance due. this is thru Costco and price increase was over $100.00 in 1 year from what I see and no claims made and on a young dog. not happy with the way this was done.

Total scam
Rejected claims with no explanation other than 'terms of service' for over a period of 6 months, emergency services, and ultimately euthanasia. The final one it was all written off with deductibles. You pay out of pocket for all services up front with the impression you can file a claim, and guess what.... wasn't worth the premiums and we canceled it for all our pets.
