Scam Scam Scam. The worst experience. I had for 3 years the premium. Never had any issue but that decode to increase 30% nea reason. So I showed around with Intact and got a home insurance quote for 60$ less .very happy. But guess what . Even if I canceled 1 month prior the renew .I got charged other full amounts. The bank agent advised me to stop by forcing payments and mark it as Scam. Neve shop from this company .the had office is in India too.

Did not disappoint
Our baby girls leg accidentally slipped into a storm drain and fractured 2 bones. We had to go to the emergency vet and let’s just say it’s beyond costly. I was pleasantly surprised when I submitted the initial bill for nearly $1500 to find almost $1100 back in my pocket within 7-10 days. I’ve submitted 2 more bills $150 each and was reimbursed $118 each one week later!!! I’d never be without their insurance…. Thanks ASPCA!

Scam.
Purchased insurance for my cats. Took them to the vet for illness. They claim 1 day decision time on claims. Took about 5 days. Bill was $284.90 with a $100 deductible with 90% reimbursement. Covered no part of the bill and even managed to claim that I didn't cover the deductible despite that the bill was nearly 3x the deductible. For my other cat, insurance was purchased around 10 months ago. Made a claim on it which surpassed the deductible. Still says $0 of the $100 deductible has been met. **In response to calling their customer service team, I have. They lied to me multiple times and made up lame reasons for declining coverage- somehow an examination fee (the fee the vet charges to examine the pet) is a "pre-existing condition"? I explained that to them but they continued to stay that is a pre-existing condition. Somehow a test that diagnoses them with a new condition that they never had is also categorized as a "pre-existing condition". I called her out on this. She hung up on me. Scam company. Only sign up for their coverage if you want to throw away your money.

Enrolling in the pet insurance was very easy. A couple of months later, my dog had an incident with exposure to a toxic substance. I immediately took him to a pet emergency hospital and he was taken care of. Spot insurance processed my claim for reimbursement and received it with no questions and within a week.
