Sonnet has customer service! Either by phone or live chat, you can find someone to help you. Service is lacking so much these days, it's refreshing to have a problem or request fulfilled quickly and totally as requested. Today, a fellow named Dylan served me and did an excellent job for me. Also, I like that I can insure a property or make changes to my policies in an instant online by myself. So much better than some brokers..( Duliban Insce. ) who never call you back even though you've been their customer for 20+ years. Thanks.

Very happy with the Fetch insurance! My dog needed a cyst removed that was bothering him a lot. He had surgery & I sent the invoice in & I received payment within 2 weeks of filing the claim!
