Quick and easy reimbursement

I appreciate the quick and easy process to submit a claim. Our claim was approved within 2 business days. I was unsure about getting pet insurance, but I'm so glad I did. It's comforting to know we're covered if an injury or illness occurs.

Claims processing takes forever with…

Claims processing takes forever with absolutely no notes for the customer or even their customer service reps. Keep getting told due to high value of claims and short staffing claims are delayed. When claims are finally processed, they will look for every reason NOT to payout a claim, even with proper documentation and letter from the vet. I would drop this insurance company if I didn't have to worry about pre-existing conditions under a new policy.

STAY AWAY

Take a look at the Better Business Bureau reviews/complaints and think twice about insuring with Sonnet. They ignore emails/calls and constantly tell you “we’ll contact you within 24hrs” and then nothing. Denied rental coverage. Seems like they are constantly delaying settlement.

I reached out to sign up with Sonnet last week. Website was user friendly and I was able to complete the sign up process quickly and without confusion. I later noticed that I made an error on my document for my house insurance. I sent an email note to Sonnet and they had this revised within 24 hours.
