Looking for insurance
Looking for insurance, I'm looking for my policy to be easy to understand an manage. Embrace has been that so far, though 4/5 is due to the issues with my card on file even though the card on file has been correct and useable.

Can't imagine caring for our pets without Trupanion!
Trupanion's made caring for our dog affordable and given us the ability to improve her quality of life. She had significant ear infections and allergies as a puppy and we now are on a treatment plan that is covered and still allows her have a healthy and active lifestyle.

Love Embrace!
Love Embrace!! Everyone is pleasant and professional. I Email the Vet's invoice and notes. Get a response same day they were received. A day or two later refund issued to my checking account. Or if needs be they call the Vet and let me know. All done swiftly. If I have questions I call and get answers. Policy concerns explained thoroughly. My cats are seniors. Their requirements are a bit more demanding due to age. Could not be happier with Embrace. Highly recommend.

If I could make a review for 0 stars I would
This is the worst pet insurance ever. They do not care for your dog and their policies always exclude surprisingly the illness your dog had. So for example mine was vomiting, "it doesn't include vomiting". They don't take the time to read your claim, and have a 2 week period while you are paying almost $70 dollars already for the insurance to get "processed". Horrible service, horrible insurance and very "smart" in getting all your money. Do yourselves a favor and do not waste your money.

I sought a policy with Embrace as…
I sought a policy with Embrace Pet Insurance as referred by “some” of the Veterinary providers for my dog, inherited from our deceased daughter. I did not understand that “anything” previously and historically recorded as a malady would render “all claims null and void”. I paid in approximately $4,000 to Embrace ($161 monthly) from June 2023 to September 2024 plus $Thousands for his care with these same veterinarians. I was ill advised and ignorant of the clauses that Continued to suck money from me without any hope of restitution. This whole industry is a scam. Just because “I should have read the fine print about prior existing conditions” does not make it right for the whole industry to continue to suck the pet owner dry. This is hurt, upon hurt, and being taken advantage of by unscrupulous companies, just because they can. I hate having been a sucker to the whole shebang!!! I will tell everyone that I know and come in contact with to stay away from this fleecing encounter.

My claim simple, quick and easy..
My claim was a breeze.. easy, simple and quick. I submitted online. Just sent a copy of my detailed bill and gave a brief description of certain specific itemized procedures that I thought may need some explanation. I submitted 2 separate claims on September 24, 2024 and received an email on October 2, 2024 saying both claims were completed (7days) and a check will be sent in the mail since I did not have direct deposit attach to my account. I am satisfied with the claims department... fast and speedy work in completing my claims. I just wish Embrace would stop raising my pets yearly renewal each year, customer service says because pet ages. My pet became a member in 2021. I started paying high 40's (July 2021) and now I'm paying $117.51 (July 2024) I only submitted an actual claim "twice"....which this is the claim I am doing a 5 star review... Not counting the wellness plan i did a claim on...since I had paid into that plan and received only $25 extra added to what I paid. I had to use that wellness plan amount before the next renewal or the amount would be forfeit. Embrace please dont raise the renewals... Thank you!!!
