The rep I dealt with was amazing! Bunny was so helpful. I called asking how to create a claim and she walked me through the process and promised she would assist in expediting the claim. She stuck to her word and was able to get my claim processed with in the week!

I had a great experience with my claim
I had a great experience with my claim. The reason that I cancelled my policies was because of the change of coverage that followed. I was told that the new policy was that Many Pets would only cover 80% vs. the 90% that I originally had. So I changed companies.
