We had a triple hit recently, annual exam with her medicines, an acute GI problem and an eye injury all within 2 weeks. Having Fetch insurance made all of that less stressful financially as we worried about our little dog get better. Josh Sabado was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything very clearly and informatively. His friendly nature helped make the process smooth and easy. He explained the different options available, provided helpful, non-invasive suggestions, and kindly answered all of my questions. His demeanor and willingness to explain and re-explain options helped put my mind at ease as we talked through the different plans and add-ons. He was very patient as I took my time to discuss and decide with my partner what plan to choose. At no point did I feel rushed or like I was being pushed into different options, which was such a relief. This is the first pet I’ve adopted myself and the first time getting pet insurance; Josh’s help relieved my stress around getting her insured.
