Massive cancellations leaving their long term loyal insureds with senior pets with no coverage for their pre-existing conditions. I’ve been paying $214 a month. Our fur babies are our children and you’re treating them like they’re disposable. Absolutely disgusting! I went with you thinking you were a larger well known carrier with good financial backing and you’d be here For the long haul. You just sent cancellation. Nationwide is NOT on your side and is a joke!

I LOVE Embrance Pet Insurance
I LOVE Embrance Pet Insurance. They are ALWAYS so polite and helpful when I call them, plus when I submit a claim, I get my money back quickly. I would NOT be without Pet Insurance and Embrace covers EVERYTHING (wellness and accidents). I could NOT find any Insurance that provides the coverage Embrace gives...believe me I looked long and hard. Embrace is THE BEST!!!

Easy to file claim
Easy to file claim. Quick return on claim. Can use anybody. No explanation why claim may need more info. Preventive not enough coverage.. for 22.00 extra a month even going to cheap shots doesn’t cover enough. I am located in California. See better coverage at lemonade for prevention

I was a new client with SPOT and would…
I was a new client with SPOT and would not reccommend them at all. They took over 3 weeks to review my claim and then used the Pre-existing condition excuse to deny the claim. The customer service options were slow to respond and now I have requested them to reimburse my full policy payment which they are not responding to. In the past I had Nationwide and when I compare the 2, I would go back to Nationwide considering the extreme difference in how claims are handled and communicated about. Update: While SPOT did respond to my request today for a policy refund, they want to pro-rate the amount. Due to the delay in processing my claim and the customer service issues, I did not feel pro-rating was acceptable.

New to pet insurance
I have never had pet insurance before. I just submitted my first claim. I love how easy the process is!! I also love that I can have my cat's records at my finger tips! Thats pretty amazing and helpful. You never know what can arise with your pets. If an emergency occurs and an emergency vet visit is required you have those records if you need them. That is why I feel Fetch is a deserving of 5 stars!!

Claims Process is Lengthy and Unreasonable
My cat had an ultrasound of her heart. Due to her coughing being a pre-existing condition, they wouldn’t cover the costs. However, the ultrasound on her heart was due to her breed, not her cough. The claims process took months. After claim was denied, I canceled policy. I was tired of paying premium cost and being taken around in loops. Not to mention, they excluded dental exams due to claiming that my cat had preexisting dental disease. My cat does not have dental disease. She has a typical amount of plaque. This pet insurance was a scam.
