Fantastic Insurance for My Dog!
I have had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for my dog since he was 2-years old. He's now 15-1/2 and has had a variety of medical issues over the years. Healthy Paws has been amazing at paying claims quickly and without any hassles. The latest claim that I made was in July 2024 and it was paid within 24 hours! Their customer service is fantastic. I recommend it to all my friends and family for their dogs!

My dog had to go in for emergency surgery and it was quite expensive. I paid for it of course and got reimbursed within two weeks. It was such an easy process.

Sudden spleen removal
My dog suddenly had to have her spleen removed! She's never had any medical concerns, and has aways been a vigorous, active, healthy dog. So, I was devastated to get this news, and worried about the 15k surgery cost! I was a brand new customer to Pumpkin, and they were exceptional to deal with! The surgery was a success, and Pumpkin was extremely easy to deal with. I just uploaded her medical records to their website, and my claim was approved within 14 days, with a 90% payment wired to my bank account! Great experience so far with this company. Claims are really easy to submit and get processed quickly. Once claims are processed you get a direct deposit quickly. So glad I chose Spot for my fur baby cause you never know what kind of illnesses or accidents might happen.

It takes too long to be reimbursed
It takes too long to be reimbursed. It took almost two months for my first claim to be reimbursed. By the time I got my money back I had completely forgotten about the claim. So I guess that was good….getting money back that I was not expecting.

Pumpkin is great
Pumpkin is a great, hassle free insurance. They don’t make any fuss over cases. They don’t increase fees or drop you if you used them like the case may be for different insurances for people. All my 3 kitties are safe with Pumpkin and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has cats or dogs.
