Fetch pet Insurance is the way to go.
It’s comforting to know I don’t have to always pay a full veterinary bill since I am covered by Fetch. Their app is very easy to navigate and they make it easy to submit a claim. It does take a while for your claim to be settled. I love the direct deposit option.

So Easy
I am amazed at how easy and convenient Trupanion is. Best investment I've made for my pups and their health. Now, if only my health insurance was this easy.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company. This is not a pet insurance company, this is a "pay us and we find a loophole to avoid paying" company. The experience was a total disaster for me, every time there was a legitimate claim the company tried a way to not pay. For every single small claim they had to re-review the whole pet's history - years of history. And you as a customer are paying for their inefficiency. They find loopholes for most of the claims, or delay processing of the claim so that it past due the "deadline", and then they have another reason to not pay. And in rare occasion when they pay, there is another scam. If you had a claim for say $500/year, they will jack up the premium upon renewal to recoup that $500. The premiums are not based on probabilities like with health insurance or home insurance, you are penalized by making a claim.

They went out over all the information…
They went out over all the information I needed to know. To get the best of the insurance. The process to submit my claim was easy and fast. I received the check in the mail fast.

Since I just recently signed up I don't…
Since I just recently signed up I don't have anything positive or negative to write. I will say that the process was easy and the benefits sound great the pricing is very affordable, let's just hope that I won't be needing it anytime soon.

I sent a claim in and it stated it…
I sent a claim in and it stated it wasn't a covered service date. Yet, my plan became effective in June and the date of service was 07/12/2024. Still not understanding the claim process. I maybe considered ending this plan since my place of employment just started offering pet insurance.

We first purchased Embrace insurance…
We first purchased Embrace insurance for our Golden Retreiver, Walter at 4 mos. He is now 11. Late last year he was diagnosed with lymphoma. He has been in Chemotherapy. Embrace has paid chemo claims on time. Yet, today we received a notice stating our 2024 policy has “maxed out” and that “there was no need to submit claims until April 2025! The policy year begins and ends in April. There is a $1000 Deductible. There is no conceivable way we “maxed” out our policy. I just tried to call Embrace and received this notice: [Do to extreme weather conditions our employees are having difficulty traveling. Therefore our office is very short staffed. Wait times are at least 1 hour] “Extreme weather” it’s July! Where are these people on the dark side of the moon? If you’re planning on purchasing insurance I would double check this outfit. Something is not kosher!
