Easy to navigate website, as well as submitting a claim, and when I do have to deal with someone they are great! SO glad I have pet insurance with Embrace!

Excellent!! Right from the beginning
From the beginning, the agent was up front about the policy and explained everything. We have presented the Vet bills that we have paid and they have been promptly paid by Embrace. They have provided a great customer experience for us with our Fur Baby for over a year and a half and we will be keeping the policy.

Poor reimbursement process
On multiple occasions reimbursements have been sent by check vs going to the direct deposit account I have setup (and that spot has direct deposited before). When I try to get in touch with customer service, I get an automated line saying to use the app. When I try and contact via email I get no response. Also, I always pay my vet in full but this time it says it’s paying the vet and me!?!? I moved the day after submitting that reimbursement so this entire situation has been super inconvenient as I’ve not gotten a response from customer service and not sure if it’s direct deposit (like it’s supposed to be) or a check. Awful service all around.
