First time Pet Insurance purchase
After review of all the Pet Insurance options on the market, I decided MetLife Pet provides the best coverage for a reasonable cost. The mobile app is great! Easy to submit claims. My most recent claim for routine vaccines was processed in 2 days. Reimbursement paid directly to my account.

Embrace has been great for my pets
Embrace has been great for my pets; the app and submitting claims is simple. I receive timely notifications of claims being reviewed and completed. I love that it is customizable to deductible, max OOP expenses and the refundable amount. I feel the cost for our 3 cats is reasonable compared to other pet insurances where you are unable to customize anything for your pets’ wellbeing.

Peace of mind
Celina, our newest addition to the family, a 4.5 month old puppy, was attacked by a larger dog, left with severe lacerations, requiring sutures and stitches along with a laundry list of items on the vet bil. Our older dog has a different pet insurance but we wanted to try out Embrace after hearing/reading positive reviews and doing some research. I was impressed with the turn around of our claim most of all and the level of coverage. The monthly cost for the peace of mind is well worth it. Thank you for coming through during such a stressful and horrible time.

BAD BAD INSURANCE COMPANY. DON'T USE THEM THEY LIE AND HOLD CLAIMS HOSTAGE. AFTER YOU PAY THEM FOR A WHILE THEY SEND YOU A LONG LIST OF WHAT THEY WON'T COVER FOR A YEAR WHICH IS BS. I'VE REPORTED THEM TO THEIR STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE.

Lack of coverage
Embrace won't fully cover any of my claims. Because my dog is 10 years old, they've declared virtually every issue he's ever had as a pre-existing condition (vomiting)-or, they've found some other justification. This year, I've submitted claims for over $2,300 and received $172 from Embrace. I would not recommend this company.
