My Yorkie mix had a terrible stomach issue on a Saturday morning that turned out to be nothing major but still cost over $500. I submitted the bill to Embrace. The process was fast and efficient, and I received the funds directly within about 10 days. EMBRACE saved the day! (Year after year)
Embrace has been there for us every time. When my little Nanoune had an accident, they paid almost the entire hospital bill of $2000! We had only had the insurance for 2 months! Everytime I have had to speak to someone, they are human and humane! Lovely always ready to help. And, rarest of all in this world, they are of their word and they take care of you like they are your Family. I would never consider any other pet insurance because I never had one that was this dependable when we truly needed them. Thank YOU to the wonderful people at Embrace. We couldn't have gotten through this without you.
