Embrace raised their price 33% this month without any change in benefits. This is unconscionable! We have discontinued using their service

Not too impressed on coverage
Not too impressed on coverage. I went with embrace because they have an option for alternative medicine. But I **FEEL** Like they are always trying to avoid reimbursing for any of our vet costs. Seems more like a waste of money …..

Embrace SETS the STANDARD. They're simply fantastic.
Embrace has always been the example of quick, courteous, personalized and professional service. I just love them. I feel as if it truly matters to them that I am not only a client of theirs but that I am a satisfied client. It seems like I am dealing with family members (the ones I really like! :)

Claim Processed Quickly
Our claim was processed quickly and we received our reimbursement in a timely manner. Everyone should get pet insurance as soon as they acquire a pet. We have had other pet insurance but we chose Embrace this time due to their affiliation with USAA.

My claims are processed in a timely manner. I have never had a problem with any claims. If I had any complaints it would be because I had to harass the vet’s office to send in documentation to process my claims.

Embrace paid a very expensive claim promptly with no hassle. Their customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend them. I wish most human insurance companies were as easy to deal with.
