I've been using embrace for almost 2 years now, it was one of the best decisions I've made. I feel at ease with my little pet's health coverage and that's thanks to embrace who provides me with a sense of ease and security with regards to my pet's health. Not sure where to start; but from their responsive email service to supportive customer service call interaction, to their wide network of coverage bundled with quick reimbursement, my pet is in good hands. Lastly but not least, their app user interface is human friendly and I don't find much trouble navigation through it. I definitely recommend it.

Claim re-submitted (submitted a second time) after eleven days waiting. Unable to reach Embrace by phone. After being kept on hold for an unreasonable amount of time I gave up. I have received no response to the emails I have sent to Embrace about this claim.

My vet's office doesn't file claims. However, the online claims process for Spot Pet Insurance is easy and quick. Just download the form. Fill out. Send back. Notification of receipt and processing are sent quickly. Reimbursement arrives is a reasonable amount of time.
