Fast to process claims. Online platform is great and easy to navigate. Very responsive. I called three times with different questions including insurance coverage, billing, VetAccess benefits and claims. Representatives are always very friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. My question can be answered within a few minutes in one call.

Easy to submit claims. Would recommend that ASPCA review the fees. Since all costs have increased they should be increasing the amount of reimbursement for vaccines, etc.

Fast, No-Hassle Claim Processing and Payment
My one-year-old cat fell and broke his ankle a few weeks ago, requiring a fusion surgery. It was (and still is) an incredibly stressful time for us, having to provide round-the-clock care and see him hurting.
