It has been pretty good. I don’t remember them telling me you have to meet a deductible before you can be reimbursed. I believe to meet the deductible it is $800.

Easy breezy claim process
Super easy, great and quick experience getting our claim processed after our dog had to have emergency surgery due to a foxtail getting embedded in her paw. Just uploaded all the receipts and submitted the claim through the app and got payment quickly. Highly recommend!
