DISHONEST BILLING PRACTICES
i changed my credit card in their online portal, the continued to bill my old card for MONTHS and REFUSED TO HELP UNTIL MY POLICY WAS UP FOR RENEWAL. claimed that there was no other card on my account when I could clearly see it online in their portal in my account,

Tried to cancel multiple times. 3 months later I get hit with $181. After finally cursing and yelling at them. They cancel and refund me $45. They never even had all my dogs information.
