Being denied things that should be…
Being denied things that should be covered is asinine. My vet reccomended a presciption diet, one you can not get without vet approval. And it was denied due to "no medical reason." If the vet wants him on it, thats reason enough. You didnt go to vet school, they did. And then having to remind them that my dogs met his deductable repeatedly is inconvient. I work for corporate vet med, and am about to consider suggesting other companies to new pet owners.

Trupanion came to our aid when our now 11 year old chocolate lab was 6 months old and required back to back emergency surgery to remove an esophageal obstruction.. it saved his life. Once more Trupanion comes to our aid in helping us remove a mast cell tumor from a high mobility joint. Our dog is not only a high functioning, senior hunting companion but more so a treasured member of our family. Will never go without Trupanion to support our beloved pets. Thank you so so much.
