Claim process is quick and easy
I am pleased that Spot reimburses for annual doctor visits and for annual vaccinations. Submitting a claim was quite easy and reimbursement was prompt. Very pleased with having Spot for my furbaby's insurance!

This was the first time I ever purchased pet insurance and I did do a lot of research between all the different companies and Spot Pet came out on top. I turned in a claim and within one week I was reimbursed the money that was owed according to the plan that I chose. Great product.

Spot has helped my experience with loss
Spot has helped me get through some difficult times. This is a new policy that I decided to get because I adopted a beautiful puppy, Jack. I had no idea that I would lose my 9-year old precious cat, Lola. She seemed perfectly healthy and suddenly her health declined and she passed away. I am devastated, but the Spot family has helped this terrible circumstance to go smoothly. Thank you for your condolences and care.

I insured my dog when he was 2 each…
I insured my dog when he was 2 each year premiums went up in 5 years went up from 35.00 to 65,00. It was taking from my credit card every month, luckily never needed to use the insurance. I noticed on my last statement no charge was taking out. I called the company who told me they canceled the insurance in jan because my credit card expired. They said they emailed me, nothing in my box, they sent a notice to a house I lived in 4 years ago, was not forwarded. Why not a phone call? So I kindly asked them to reinstate the insurance, they said no the dog is too old!! Really, after I gave you thousands of dollars and never put in a claim?? Do yourself a favor, save a hundred dollars a month, maybe in the end you will get a vacation with the money. I will never use this insurance again.
