I will refer everyone to SPOT! I had the worst week with my furbabies one broke a tooth off and one ate a toad that made her very sick! 🤢 If it had not been for having my babies ins through Spot I would have been in trouble. They went above and beyond when I filed my claims.

Excellent Experience
I had a wonderful experience with Embrace during a hard time. My 1 year old golden doodle Jackson was terribly sick and had to been seen at an emergency clinic and then transferred to a specialty hospital for continued care. I sent Embrace the receipts and medical records and the reimbursement process was quick and there was no hassle.

Useless Scam
Went with embrace for coverage for my three dogs wellness health. Figured with three dogs we might have problems and didn't want to run into any scary situations where we couldn't pay. This service was totally useless. Didn't cover wellness. Didn't cover spaying. Didn't cover dental. But they do write nice letter saying that they need more invoices. Please don't waste your money. This is a total scam. They never paid or reimbursed for one claim on any dog for the year that we had the service. And that's after we had met our $500 deductible on each dog.
