Please if you care for your pet please please read the bad reviews from Fetch Pet insurance. I wish I had. I chose the lesser premium compared to other companies but never read their reviews. This company is a total scam. They approved my dogs $7000 procedure and then 2 months later tell me that it was done in error. What a disgusting company. I wish I had money to fight this in court. People please NEVER get Fetch Pet insurance for your pet. Go for a more renowned company and pay a bit more if you have to. Always but always read the reviews before you make such a commitment. Total crooks. I am in Canada and this company is based in the States. They will gladly register you and take your money. When there is an issue with you dog later on, they will fight with any means necessary to reject your claim. Totally disgusting.

Cancelled Policy
I cancelled my policy with embrace because they were not reimbursing me once claims were approved. I paid upfront costs for services at my pet's vet and once Embrace approved the claims they just stated that it went towards my deductible. I'm confused because wouldn't that mean I would be reimbursed for the amount I spent for my pets visits and Embrace would reimburse me. Until I called in to find out what was going on and I was told I would first have to reach my deductible amount and anything beyond that could be reimbursed. Upon purchasing that wasn't explained to me. That's ok now that it has been but I would have liked to make a more informed decision had I known that upfront. Then many of my claims that weren't approved but was instead denied just seemed like a way to get out of covering the services. Just be sure that you are paying attention and asking all the correct questions to understand your plan for your pet needs prior to committing to a plan.

Policies were cancelled over a month ago. They still took money from my bank account after the Cancellation date. No way to call them to get it corrected. Horrible system. Thankfully they are closing there Alberta operations.
