Never sure the cost of the insurance is…
Never sure the cost of the insurance is worth the reimbursement. After one claim it seems you’ve already reached the $$ amount for certain categories. Would be better if there was an annual limit that is not broken into separate categories. Before next annual renewal I’m going to research other carriers.

Embrace never covered (nearly) any of my claims and I spent $1,000/year and then had to get up to my minimum and I submitted lots & lots of receipts. Beware of them for all of the people who are looking for insurance for their pets.

They really don't cover much and the deductible is high, and they did not apply ANYTHING from my last vet visit to my deductible, no explanation. The claim process is relatively easy and the phone reps are nice and helpful, but for every single claim they want the SOAP notes from the vet. I've never had to do this with other pet insurance companies.

The claims are very easy to place and my reimbursements are automatically deposited into my bank account. They cover exactly what they say they cover. No tricks! I can't say enough positive things about my customer service experience. When I called months later to enroll a second dog, the salesperson (Carmen was her name) remembered every detail about our first pet and was so thoughtful and kind. Wonderful company!
