I was very impressed with the ease and transparency of the entire Spot experience, from receiving quotes to filing our first claim. Every step of the way, we understood exactly what coverage we had on our three pets, when the coverages began, and the covered amounts. And when we filed our first "wellness" claim for our puppy's initial vet visit, the submission process was incredibly simple, it was abundantly clear what documents we needed to provide, and the claim was reviewed and approved efficiently. Spot Pet Insurance is the best thing I can invest in for my dog! Being young and having a lab puppy, they always seem to get into something, and knowing that I have Sport backing me up at those vet appointments too is the best!
