Robot decides payment & Very Expensive
Too expensive & I recommend you triple check your invoices because a robot reviews them & decides on payment. I just had to argue an invoice that went towards wellness & found out the robot Apollo mis-diagnosed my invoice. Now I'm going to go back & triple check everything which I don't have time to do.

So glad we did this! Everything about this process was easy-peasy. Our cat had to have surgery after swallowing massive amounts of yarn. We were so pleased with our experience and how it was all handled. Will definitely be keeping all four of pets with Embrace.

Seems that when you need them the most…
Seems that when you need them the most they find a reason to exclude a need for your animal. After a year of paying them over $2000 and not submitting a single claim. Also getting ready to renew for another year at $2500, they deny a service. So, they got cancelled.
