Garbage!
Garbage! They seemingly have a sucker you in rate for house insurance then on renewal your paying 65% more with no claims. When you call in and ask why there's no reason other then they dont know and cannot talk to anyone that does.

Very happy with Embrace.
I have always had a wonderful view of Embrace et Insurance. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was kind andhelpful. No one ever pushed me into something idid not want for my dog. My exoerience has always been positive. You can tell these are animal lovers at heart.

Very Frustrated!!!
Policy cancelled with no courtesy call! My bank account was compromised; therefore, my account information had to change. As a patient with 4-5 appointments a week, I very seldom have time to check or read emails. I hadn't missed 1 payment until this payment didn't process and they cancelled the policy for my Duchess! Companies have become very impersonal; yet, have no problem taking our money. Duchess's policy has been reinstated; but, I think I will do some research to see if there are better companies available to insure her!
