My CSR was Dan and he was extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. He was able to explain all my options clearly and in detail, covering many points that I myself had not considered, making me very comfortable going forward.

The customer service reps are friendly and helpful when I need to call and the new online format of submitting a claim has made the whole process easier and quicker.
The customer service reps are friendly and helpful when I need to call and the new online format of submitting a claim has made the whole process easier and quicker. We have never had an issue with a claim being rejected but our premium has gone up every year for the past 11 years to almost triple the original premium. That said, it's worth the price for our dog's health and if we were to ever have another pet, I wod get pet insurance again.

I have had 2 other pet insurance companies with prior dogs and have had issues with each.
I have had 2 other pet insurance companies with prior dogs and have had issues with each. Other than not paying for examinations, Trupanion is amazing and simple. I was reimbursed SO promptly that my head spun!!!

More noise in policy than yes's
Our Rogan had a reaction to a tick and flea medication. The vet had to examine him and do blood tests. There was no payment for this . I'm not impressed. Policy is not true medical coverage.i spent 40 years doing claims.The clai process was quick. But the end was not what I expected.

Exceptional
The woman that received my call was exceptional. Not only was her personality upbeat and happy (which we all need right now), she handled my situation with speed and efficiency. Please research who that was so she can receive a "shout out"
