Submitting the claim was very easy understanding what was covered on the wellness rider was very easy. I will wait to see what the experiences in the claim processing the timeliness and the paying, and then I will repost another review.

Healthy Paws Insurance is the best!
We have Healthy Paws insurance for our three cats and dog. We recently needed to have our dog's knee operated on and they have been amazing throughout. They communicate super well, reimburse extremely quickly, and cover up to 80%! I couldn't recommend them more highly! As a plus, they are so warm and friendly. Best pet insurance out there!

They will refuse most of the claims
Please be cautious with this pet insurance provider if you don't want to face difficulties when you need them the most. Although their charges are lower compared to other providers: 1. They delay payments for a very long time. 2. They often deny claims, stating it's your mistake. 3. If you raise an issue, they will easily let you go. I was with them for one year and got nothing in return. I wasted my money on premiums and medical expenses, and now I have to start over with a different provider.
