Again, the WORST pet insurance possible. Does nothing but delay or deny claims. If it were possible to give a lower rating, I would. FIND ANY OTHER PET INSURANCE.

Emergency Operation
After an emergency operation on my dog for a blockage on Monday I submitted a claim that evening. By Tuesday the claim was processed and covered with a deposit in my account per the terms of the coverage. This is excellent service.
