Highly recommend Embrace
Embrace was prompt and efficient in processing my recent claim. They covered the issue to the fullest of my policy and did so in a seamless manner. I expect high quality from USAA products and Embrace definitely delivered.

Great Coverage for a Reasonable Price
No one purchases insurance of any kind hoping they’ll have to use it, but we sure were happy we had it when our newly-adopted young dog, Freddy, started having all kinds of gastrointestinal problems. Pets Best was always there and always fair with their distribution of benefits and we are very grateful for that. The coverage is great and their online portal very user friendly. I always put them at the top of my list of Pet Insurance companies when asked for recommendations.

Great Customer Support
Every interaction I had with the Embrace customer service team was memorable. Each person was able to answer my questions and give me comfort since my dog was diagnosed with cancer. Each person was very patient and made it very easy to understand the benefits I had in my policy. The claims process is fairly easy (through the app) and most of the claims I submitted were approved in a few days.

Dissatisfied and they kept $ after cancellation dog insurance for my…
I purchased dog insurance for my service dog when I got him last April 2024. I also set up direct monthly payments to ASPCA to cover the premiums. As of last month, I received a letter stating that ASPCA canceled my coverage because I had not paid since August 2024. The fact of the matter is that payments set up from my personal account continued to be paid up until the cancellation letter came. I deleted that payment setup and I was furious. I have contacted ASPCA in writing and asked for reimbursement of that accumulated sum of premium payments from the cancellation date they stated and also requested all of my out of pocket and expenses I had to pay because the insurance didn’t cover these expenses sufficiently. What a racket. Vets these days offer much better payment options and those options are far and above much cheaper than ASPCA’s coverage and reimbursement. My suggestion is to stick with saving the animals, instead of pillaging from and with your inadequate and expensive pet insurance. It appears to me that ASPCA is about the bottom line rather than the safety and security of animals they claim to wholeheartedly support. This is my 2nd attempt at spreading the truth. I would have never thought ASPCA would go down this path of corporate corruption.
