Pet Insurance is a MUST if you love your pets!!
When provided with the proper medical records and soap notes Healthy Paws was immediate to respond in processing my claim(s). Our dog had Bilateral TPLO surgery June 11th (BIG dollars), HP reimbursed 80% immediately after I filed the claim, less than 2 wks time, before end of June I was at the bank! They were amazingly quick. AND when I had questions they were quick to respond, professional and pleasant. HP was the best investment! They came highly recommended by our trainer Uncle Matty Margolis.
