This company is very good at quickly responding to submitted requests for reimbursement. They have never questioned my requests for reimbursement and the process itself is very straightforward. I had been paying for the insurance for a few years before having to use it for a CCL surgery for my dog. PetsBest reimbursed me with no questions asked.
