Pet's Best is the best!
Pet's Best has always been a great insurance for our fur baby. The app and claims process is easy peasy. The communication of their policies is very simple to understand. The reimbursement can sometimes take longer than a month, but I have always received them. I would suggest using a credit card to pay upfront because of that issue. Other than that they have been outstanding. They give you the option to choose your payment by your deductible, which I love and they are very affordable.
Peace of mind for that pet of mine.
The agent was very knowledgeable and explained the policy too make sure I understood what it covered. She had pets and understood just how much I cared and eased my anxiety on what an unexpected health issue could add up.
