My Millie and I could not have survived the past year without her Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. She's faced some pretty life-threatening issues more than once resulting in the need for repeated emergency hospitalizations, tests, procedures, medications, and on-going therapies and medications. The agent I spoke with was patient, professional, and pleasant. We were able to confirm and instate a policy change, a change to method of payment, and a records review in one seemingly short call (less than 15 minutes). Submitting a claim takes multiple attempts, both with the veterinary and by submitting the claim. I had to continually check in and determine what was happening with the claim to get it resolved and paid. some of the claims are still not completed from 10/22/2024

Price inflation per year. It's too high.
Very reasonable pricing, about two years ago, then every year since it has doubled each year. Not too pleased with the increase every year. There should be limits to how much you can increase per year. I started out paying seventy dollars for two dogs. Now over 250 that is crazy. But very nice company quick payback and easy to communicate with.
