Terrible Company to get Pet Insurance from
This company will not give you accurate information about the required policy cancellation steps, doesn't comply with their own insurance policy agreements, and will charge you for a policy they have confirmed has been cancelled over the phone (and then imply you're being dishonest when you tell them you weren't told policies cannot be canceled over the phone). 0/10 recommendation for pet insurance, this company is terrible.

I was shopping for new insurance for two dogs. “Rebecca,” a representative from Prudent Pet was wonderful. She was incredibly helpful by providing additional information about the pet insurance. She answered all my questions. I made the decision to go with Prudent Pet. So far, so good!

Not great
Not great, a lot of back and forth about required med documents. Not clear what was needed for a claim. Denied coverage on probiotics, prescribed by the vet, used to minimize side effects of drugs.

It was our 1st time submitting a claim
It was our 1st time submitting a claim. Everything worked OK though I would like all those" tips" provided after we sent the claim form to be shown to us earlier. I mean we were instructed to send receipts, which we did, but only later we were told to submit detailed reports as well, hence was the delay.
