I’ve had a challenging experience
I’ve had a challenging experience with this service, particularly in terms of communication. It’s been difficult to get in touch with them, and despite being very thorough when gathering my dog’s medical history, the approach often feels too rigid and lacks flexibility. Several of my dog’s tests and needs were not covered, even though they were directly related to new symptoms caused by a recent environmental change. I’ve been waiting for over a week for a response to a pre-authorization I submitted. These tests are crucial to identifying the underlying issue and providing the care my dog desperately needs. Without coverage, I am faced with the heartbreaking possibility of having to put her down, as I cannot afford the necessary tests or provide the comfort she deserves without knowing what’s wrong. I hope they can improve their communication and reconsider the scope of their coverage for cases like mine.

The "diagnosis" options are too narrow in scope. There should be more options, or a diagnosis pending or "other" selection to allow for explanations. The distinction between wellness and covered medications is also unfair. At this juncture I would not recommend Embrace to other pet owners. I've paid $75 a month for over a year and the coverage has not been a good return on investment as of yet.

My premium nearly doubled upon renewal. My pets have cost nothing to Embrace and I've been a reliable customer for years. This is a slap to the face and I will cancel my policy.

DO NOT get insurance from this company
DO NOT get insurance from this company. We had a vet bill of over 5k that they denied. We had two separate vet visits a month apart. They "claimed" were related eventhough our pets symptoms were different, and our pet wasn't diagnosed with FIP till the month later visit. This company just does money grabs and no help. Go with another company.

A couple issues making claim, but was quick and easy still
Making a claim on the app wouldn't allow me to take more than one photo at a time, and making a claim on the website kept changing the Start date of when my cat was at the vet from the 16th to the 17th, so I called and everything went smoothly after that. After claim went through it was reviewed very fast and with no trouble after that.

I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Amanda over the phone in regards to my policy, and I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was. YOUR CLAIM SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WAS EXTRAORDINATELY HELPFUL IN GUIDING ME THROUGH THE CLAIM APPICATION PROCESS WITH SAINTLIKE PATIENCE WHICH INCLUDED THE SUBMISSION OF NUMEROUS DOCUMENT IMAGES STORED ON MY COMPUTER. IT MADE WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN AN INCREDIBLY TEDIOUS EFFORT DUE TO THE COMPLEX NAVIGATION REQUIRED BY THE WESITE'S CLAIM SUBMISSION INTERFACE ,IF NOT A PLEASURE AT LEAST, MOST PLEASANT.
