Awful customer service (as in they don’t get back to you in a timely way) and they way they have “preexisting conditions” set up for someone that had adopted a pet isnt conducive of having me want to adopt another rescue animal from any shelter His so-called pre-existing condition was a wound from a horsefly or deerfly bite that got infected… To me that is not pre-existing unless this dog was brought up on a farm somewhere, and not knowing his history that did not work in my favor A 200.00 vet bill that was only having 26.00 coverd for a nail trimming 200.00 isnt going to Break the bank on their end considering how much I’m paying for “ Insurance “

I put in a claim yes it took a LONG time like everyone said. Then the claim was preexisting…. How is that proven? There was no record of a preexisting condition. So if you can’t prove something was preexisting, how do you deny a claim and say it was preexisting? If you want to try to claim that you should either require an exam before coverage can begin or change the waiting period or come up with a way to back a claim such as preexisting up. If you can’t then guess what you should do what you’re supposed to do.

Sonnet Insurance games Upfate
2nd UPDATE. The lady I finally spoke with, said she would look into my complaint. Said complaint was the deletion of fully comprehensive insurance on one of my vehicles. It's not rocket science. I had two cars covered. One was fully covered. However, both became one policy number. And my BMW was put into a lesser policy unilaterally without my consent. This is after a letter for me Sonnet stating that they would no longer cover vehicles in my area. Well....... I am still waiting to hear from this lady or Dinner. Again... All I hear is crickets. Thanks for the response. It seems typical that apologies are directed to "contact" problems. With no reference to the unprofessional website or the missing BMW policy both in active or past policy listings. I have asked in several media sites for someone to contact me. Nothing has happened, and phone number supplied has had a busy signal for the past 3 days. The Sonnet website is a nightmare. -----------------------------------+ I have placed an inquiry by phone and on Facebook. I have two cars. a BMW and a Jaguar. Sonnets website has always been a problem and last winter I cancelled the fully comprehensive on the Jaguar because its not a winter car for me. Later, I noticed my rate had gone down, and shortly after received a notification that Sonnet would no longer cover my area (Calgary, Alberta Canada). About a fortnight ago, we had a huge hailstorm and both cars were damaged. I called in a claim on my BMW and told that I did not have fully comprehensive coverage. I went in to the website to find only the Jaguar listed and the BMW missing from the policies page. Its quite obvious that Sonnet has removed the BMW unilaterally without my permission. This is after their letter of intent stating that they would not be covering my area anymore, and their promise to honor my coverages until the end of my term. I doubt my one year of coverage had expired as the Jaguar is still covered, and they did not inform me otherwise. A reputable company would not have done this. Logic dictates that they manipulated my policies. I wrote a report on Facebook and advised to call a number 1844 766 3684 which rings "Busy" every time I call it. I also asked that a representative call me asap. "Crickets"

Absolutely Terrible
Absolutely, terrible. Do not recommend embrace at all. They took forever to respond or get through to then it was like they continuously looked for any reason they could not to cover something. When it was only a minimal charge at the most, and then they made me go. Other clinics and get documentation from where I had traveled, which was very difficult to do, and then when no diagnosis was given, they gave their own diagnosis, which am I opinion is very fraudulent if there is no condition. And there is no diagnosis. Then you can't just make one up out of the blue.
