Beware of Fetch Pet Insurance - Dishonest and Fraudulent
I had a terrible experience with Fetch Pet Insurance. They provided a specific deadline on their website for claim submission, which I followed exactly. After submitting, they turned around and claimed the actual deadline was the day after what they originally stated, resulting in my claim being denied. This feels like a deliberate scam to avoid paying out claims. If you're considering pet insurance, avoid Fetch! They engage in dishonest practices and seem to mislead customers on purpose. Absolutely frustrating and untrustworthy. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Just Okay!
All I can say is that I tried to file a claim, and it seems like all of my dog's ailments were pre-existing, so nothing was covered. They may be suitable for emergencies, but for annual checkups, they're not worth the monthly cost.

Each Pet Should Have Its Own Policy Anniversary
We adopted two kittens, both of which I signed up for insurance two weeks before my dog's existing policy was set to renew. Due to that existing policy for my dog, the two cats' policies went up by over 20% on the same anniversary date as the dog's policy. This is a huge oversight on Embrace's part. Each pet should have it's own anniversary date when premiums rise. The way it is set up now is unnecessarily penalizing existing customers. I called in to request that they honor a year on the quoted premium but they could not do it and could not provide any reasonable explanation as to why my two new kitten policies should have to renew at a much higher premium just two weeks after their policies were created. This is asinine.
