I recently moved about 15 miles to a new place and because of the zip code my rates went up. Even though my vets office stayed the same there explanation was that my zip code area files more claims. My zip code may have changed but my vets zip didn’t change. Really nothing they said made any sense.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
To be honest the company does offer great service but the lack of communication is HORRIBLE. They have upper my plan over a 100 dollars just in the last year. They do not explain anything when you sign up for your account telling you something like that. I spoke with Meg the supervisor and she was incredible disrespectful, snarky , unhelpful and not compassionate in anyway. It was as if she was a robot reading off a script. Horrible service. Currently looking for a new company just based of my past customer service experiences with them. I truthfully will never recommend them to anyone. It’s SAAAAD. They sit there and preach about “ animal lovers” but then screw you over in the long run. Good luck to whoever signs up! Speaking to Meg was the straw that broke my back, she’s rude and unprofessional.

Extremely disappointed
Had nationwide for years . When I got new dogs I switched to Embrace . Submitted claims months ago . Embrace require a complete history for my older dogs. Despite my vet submitted their complete file 10 times . They have yet to pay the claim . It’s like ground hog day . I keep calling and now despite having all the records they put the claim on hold .
