I was upset by the new medical records…
I was upset by the new medical records requirement. The bill states what was done. So why medical records for any visit? I don’t have time for this addd burden

Great customer Service!
This was a very confusing process for us. It is the first time we have purchased pet insurance. Stephanie T made the process easy. She took time to explain and answer all our questions. Stephanie was very knowledgeable, she answered each of our questions and explained everything very well and it was easy to understand. We were very impressed that we were able to speak to a real person. We texted with her the day before and she followed up with us the next day. She is an asset to the company for sure, her professional demeanor and knowledge of the program really made this an easy decision for us. Hopefully we will not have to use the insurance for any time soon, but it is a relief to know that we have purchased the best insurance for our new puppy Rosie. Thank you for making this process so easy and giving us peace of mind.

Great and easy to use!!!
I signed up for Spot Insurance when we got our third rescue. He is a Whippet Beagle mix (we think) with tons of energy. Spot insurance has been so easy to submit claims and timely with their review and reimbursements. I have recommended Spot Insurance to others I know looking for pet insurance as they have exceeded my expectations!!!

Like every insurance this one is a rip…
Like every insurance this one is a rip off. Don’t be fooled no 90% back and they completely denied all of my claims for my dog. I pay a monthly premium of $150 for nothing. Disgusting horrible insurance only to know I was left with a $2500 bill.

You can't put a price on peace of mind
My dog tore his CCl last August. I was never more grateful for having enrolled him with Embrace when he was a puppy. Today I am submitting the last (hopefully) receipts for his treatments. The total cost of surgery, follow ups and therapy was well over $7,000. Submitting claims to Embrace, and receiving reimbursements was simple and quick. The company is doing well. Glad they reimburse for certain and most things (vaccines, exams, etc.). Honestly wish they would base it on percentage of what vet charges rather than a flat fee, to be honest
