This is good insurance
This is good insurance. Reimbursement is reasonable and processed quickly. My premium is going up even though my dog is only 3 years old. I feel like it should not change until she is at least age five. I don’t think this is uncommon for all pet insurance, but my dog is healthy and receives all her recommended vet care, so I think the premium should stay the same as it has been since I bought the policy before I even got her at 8 weeks.

I have used HealthyPaws for my cat and they have been wonderful! He has had a few significant (and costly) medical issues pop up and HealthyPaws has always given us great coverage! It has been such a relief knowing that a good portion of his expenses will be covered. Additionally, communicating with them and submitting invoices is very easy! I could not recommend them more.

I have no idea if I am getting any…
I have no idea if I am getting any insurance payments. The bills were split-some said none and some listed payments. Guess I will just have to wait. At this point, this insurance isn’t really financially beneficial.

Thankful for Embrace!
Our sweet Rossi, (Shih Tzu), is now 15 years old. We are so pleased with the service we have received as Embrace Pet Insurance customers throughout her lifetime. She has had several serious health issues, (including Cushing’s disease, as well as cancer), and this insurance has made all the difference in our being able to provide her with excellent veterinarian care. Embrace customer service has consistently been of the very highest caliber and I have always received prompt, excellent service from the representatives any time I have needed answers to questions concerning our insurance coverage, etc. In addition to the professionalism, courtesy and knowledge displayed by Embrace employees, the prompt processing of any and all claims I have submitted has been a very positive addition to our experience. A little confusing at first but with helpful staff better experience
We got a response fairly quickly but were not told as t first we needed to fill out paperwork to complete the claim. A supervisor helped us and we were able to receive our claim after that! I wish I remembered her name as she was very helpful and took the time to make sure it was correct for us! Would recommend Spot to people and in fact have done that!
