When they pay it's usually pretty fast. But they make up reasons to deny a lot. Say they cover chiropractic but deny everything. Shouldn't be allowed to do that.

MetLife refused to pay for claims and when you call to talk to a representative, they tell you different information. They mislead you and have you paying for treatment for your pet and telling you that it will be reimbursed because this a new treatment.

Weekend Emergency
You made saving our 9-year-old shepherd, Taser's life possible. There was no way I could afford to put her in ICU for pneumonia. Then I told CVETS that she was insured by Trupanion and they estimated what my cost would be. Still expensive but doable. Thanks!
