Fetch policy renewal
I talked to Kaitlyn from Fetch to get some advice as to changes I could make to my pet insurance that would help to make it more affordable for me.She gave me some good advice about what I could do to lower my premiums and also some changes she recommended I don't do. She did not rush me to make decisions and gave me time to voice my concerns about the cost of pet insurance. One aspect of Fetch insurance I dont like is that I need to pay my deductible every year even though my dog has an ongoing condition with arthritis. Other than the deductible issue I can say that I've been very happy with the claims process over the many years that I've dealt with Fetch. I was also very pleased with the help and patience Kaitlyn had with me as I voiced my concerns.

This company took 300$ a month i feel robbed
This company took 300$ a month from me for years until I had 1 issue and they found a way to link any payout issues as pre-existing conditions so they never have to pay out ! Do not trust these people with your pets ! Or your future this is a policy that doesn't pay out ever !

Pet Spot is AMAZING
Last year I spent quite a bit of time reviewing pet insurance companies. It was no easy feat but am thrilled to have selected Pet Spot for my cat Cali. In mid-January 2026 had to take her to the vet twice. I submitted my claim and received covered reimbursement one week later. Customer service was extremely helpful in assisting me. The on-line claim process was clear and easy to follow. The coverage was exactly as stated within my policy and I am extremely pleased and have peace of mind going forward knowing Cali is covered for future needs. I recommend Pet Spot without hesitation. A great value and excellent coverage. Thank you!
