Easy, fast claims process
Recently submitted a claim for our dog’s TPLO knee surgery. Process for submitting is very straightforward and easy. I was super impressed with how quickly the claim was reviewed and processed. We recieved our payout in under two weeks from the day we submitted.

AWFUL pet insurance company
AWFUL pet insurance company, do your research - there are definitely better options currently available. 3 of my pets have had this coverage for over 10 years. Although they pay quickly, you pay an exorbitant amount for the coverage which increases annually and now effective 2026, they are reducing coverage but charging even more so as to cover their profit margin. Look elsewhere. Unfortunately with pet insurance, switching companies is not easy as there are pre-existing exclusions. This was a decent company 10+ years ago compared to options at that time, but started sliding about 4 years ago.
