This is the biggest fraud I've ever experienced in my life. If I would have stuck money aside each month instead of paying them, I would have almost the entire amount of my policy. Don't get fooled with a low premium when you first sign up. It will go up up up until they make it so expensive they know you will cancel.

Metlife pet insurance is a joke!
They are nothing but con artists and liars. They take your money, promise refunds you'll never see, and deny your claim for obviously false reasons. My baby fell from a cat tree and they denied my injury claim stating I had no illness coverage at the time of the incident! Like um, hello, you just said your denying my INJURY claim because I don't have illness coverage? Well, probably cause it wasn't an illness, it was an INJURY! I've seriously considered taking legal action against them due to the fact I've sent numerous emails with no response. They are purposely ignoring me. Smells like a bad faith lawsuit in the works
