Great experience!
My claim was processed in no more than 2 days, it was easy and I didn’t have to worry about reaching out for an update. It was a great experience knowing everything was taken care of and my money was in my account in a couple of days.

When I got accident and illness insurance on my new puppy, I didn’t expect to have to use it so soon. She has had 2 hospitalizations for gastrointestinal problems with the last one requiring surgery. In both cases, no cause for the blockage was found. Pets Best paid exactly what I expected on both claims with no hassle. Muffin is on prescription dog food now so hopefully she won’t have any more digestive issues.

I picked the more expensive policy that seemed to cover more for my cat, I thought it said it included pre existing conditions were included. She has been to a lot of vets to figure out what was wrong, and they just denied to pay anything.

I reached out to them to figure out what additional information was needed for a claim. The representative stayed on the phone with me while she checked it out and called others. Within 24 hours I received a detailed note explaining the process and my policy. They did a great job.
