This was easy to navigate. I really like the family plan, since I have more than one dog. The monthly vs yearly option to pay is nice (I did pick yearly) I really like the coverage options.

Claim Rejection for completely…
Claim Rejection for completely unrelated issue. We had our dog endure a full check up PRIOR to joining Spot Pet Insurance and she was given a clear bill of health. Some months after joining she developed an abscess in her mouth which resulted in her needing surgery to remove the tooth. our claim was rejected because the initial medical report we had done prior to joining Spot had remarked "Minor Tartar" on her teeth. This was enough for Spot to deny the claim. I am extremely disappointed that the link between minor tartar and a severe abscess is reason for denial. This is akin to linking long paw nails to reason for denial of a broken leg. !!

"The claim process was user friendly and easy to understand in terms of my pet's vaccination fee coverage. Each vaccine was itemized to show what vaccines were covered by Pets Best and what was not covered to give me a complete understanding of the reimbursement process.
