Using Spot is super easy
Using Spot is super easy. We did the prevention and illness plan and have used it with each visit. We have never had an issue. You choose your plan including deductible. We are very happy with our plan.

I'm giving a 5 star because the customer service was great when I got insurance for my puppy, Lucy. I haven't used it yet so I can't say anything about claim reimbursement but starting a policy was easy. I will edit if there is a problem but I don't feel there will be. Update: I had a few wellness claims and it was seamless. I hate insurance of any kind but it's needed and Embrace is a good one for your pet. I highly recommend Embrace for your pet insurance.
