My experience with Embrace has been very good. I fill out the claim after any vet visit and in a few weeks I get reimbursed. My claims have been for general check ups and I have never had to talk with anyone from costumer service. I can't comment on that but overall I think it's worth the money and piece of mind knowing my pet is covered

Easy to submit claims, great customer service
I have had Embrace pet insurance for just over a year. During that year we have had to submit a couple claims. Using the the Embrace app, it is easy to submit my claims and I received a response and my reimbursements very quickly, usually within a week. The last claim took 48 hours to process. So far I am very impressed with Embrace.
